Open to all kinds of partnerships, friendships or family duos to explore Partner Yoga & Thai Massage together! First, you will practice a series of yoga poses that are so much better with a partner … and more fun! Then, you will learn how to give easy and relaxing bodywork, using Thai Massage stretching sequences. Each partner will take turns giving and receiving.
