All-Levels Yoga Flow: Transition into your evening with all-levels yoga while enjoying spectacular views of the Philly skyline from Center City to East Falls. Beginners and all are welcome to get energy flowing, open your body, build strength, and calm your mind. The space is large and private.
Mat Pilates: Increase mobility and strength by connecting to your core muscles and allowing your breath to lead each movement. With a guided relaxation at the end. Mat-based Pilates sessions are suitable for all levels, and the exercises can be practiced at home too. You will feel rejuvenated and fully relaxed. You will become more aware of your posture and alignment, and bring these functional movements into your everyday life.
Restorative Resonance: Restorative Yoga & Sound Healing to calm your nervous system, putting you into “rest and digest” state. It’s slow and meditative, giving you space to turn inward and tune into your mind and the physical sensations of your body. Poses are held for longer, with a focus on the breath and softening to stretch and go deep, while sound healing instruments are played live to enhance your relaxation.

How to find us
Parking in the lot and garage is free and plentiful. When you pull into the Falls Center complex, you will see a large parking lot and garage to your right. (With Founded and The Preston on your left.) If the gate is up when you enter the parking lot, make sure to pull a ticket anyway -- you will need it to get out.
Tuesday & Wednesday: On top of the parking garage (Level 5). Restroom inside Founded. In case of rain, class will move into our beautiful studio. Reach out in advance if you need arrival instructions for the studio.
Thursday: Inside The Preston. Reach out in advance for arrival instructions.
